| In August, Michelle had gone to Portland alone for a work trip before we all went;
the Burrills took her to Mt. Hood on one weekend. The volcano is high enough
that there is a glacier and some slushy summer skiing, but as you can see it's warm.

Im August war Michelle schon einmal allein in Portland
gewesen, um ihr Projekt vorzubereiten. Die Burrills nahmen sie mit auf den Mt Hood,
der so hoch ist, dass es einen Gletscher gibt. Man kann oben auch im Sommer noch
etwas Ski fahren, aber wie man sieht, ist es ziemlich warm. Doris, danke für die Bilder!
